1. The "Zero Data" Commitment

We do not collect, store, or sell your personal information.

• No Registration: We do not require names, emails, phone numbers, or social media links.
• No Profiling: We do not create user profiles or track your behavior across other apps or websites.
• No Persistent Data: All messages (text, voice, photo, video) are ephemeral. Once a connection (a "Jump/Catch" or a "Ball") is closed, the data is purged from our temporary buffers.

2. How Connections Work (Anonymous Routing)

To connect you with others, our system uses temporary security codes.

• Jump & Catch: We use a one-time code to route a 1-on-1 connection. This code expires immediately after use.
• Masquerade Ball: Organizers create a temporary "Ball" name and guest codes. These exist only for the duration of the event.
• Device Data: We may use basic technical data (such as an encrypted device ID) solely to facilitate the technical connection and prevent spam. This data is not linked to your real-world identity.

3. AI Safety Monitoring

To maintain a safe environment without manual surveillance, we utilize real-time AI Safety Monitoring.

• Purpose: The AI analyzes content (text, voice, images, video) in real-time to detect and block violation, harassment, illegal content, or prohibited behavior.
• Processing: This analysis happens "in-flight." The AI does not "learn" from your private conversations, nor is the content saved for future training.
• Outcome: If a violation is detected, the upload will be blocked. Repeated or severe violations may result in the termination of the connection or the offending device being blocked from creating new connections.

4. Age Requirement (17+)

• Our services are strictly for individuals aged 17 and older.
• We do not knowingly collect any data from children under 13 (per COPPA) or minors under 17.
• If we become aware that a user under 17 has accessed the platform, we will terminate their current session and block future access from that device.

5. No Third-Party Tracking

We do not use third-party advertising SDKs or analytics tools that track your identity. Your interactions within the app stay within the app.

6. Legal Compliance

While we do not store personal data, we will comply with lawful requests from law enforcement if they pertain to real-time illegal activity, as required by the laws of the State of Delaware and the United States. However, because our data is ephemeral, we typically have no "past records" to provide.
